Screen Printing
The Screen printing technique was first used by the Chinese almost 2,000 years ago. However, credit is generally given to the famous artist, Andy Warhol for popularising screen printing with his 1962 depiction of actress Marilyn Monroe in garish colours.
Times have changed and the techniques have become more advanced which makes screen printing the perfect medium for many applications such as textiles, ceramics, wood, paper, glass, metal and plastic.
One of the advantages of screen printing is that almost any material, rigid or flexible, that can be laid out flat, can be branded this way. Screen printed items are more durable than those printed with conventional inks and are UV stable, so they are suitable for outdoor use.
Business Print Services create their own artwork, make their own screens and screen print in house. So whether you're looking to have your packaging material branded, need signage for your building or vehicles, after some stickers or just want a few t-shirts for your company fun day or corporate event, screen printing is the way to go.
